TRB 2016 special teacher recruitment in tamilnadu has been pending after the government announcement, there are more than lakhs of candidates are eagerly waiting for this exam, they are frustrated now due to the no announcement from board regarding this.
Before the year 2011, the candidates who completed UG and PG in teacher training get jobs in order of employment registration seniority in the state, later central government passed an order that every teacher recruitment boards needs to conduct a TET exam and only who passes in this exam are eligible to work as teachers in govt schools and as per this since 2013 teachers are selected only based on TET cut off marks.

Since 2011 no importance were given for special teachers categories like sports – P.E.T, drawing, music, tailoring etc , previous year September month govt had released a notification about it in which they said that a TRB special teacher recruitment exam will be conducted for recruiting about 1188 candidates. In which 3% of seats are allocated for differently bled candidates.
